Shawnte has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. She holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
She develops strategies to help businesses to retain, grow and diversify revenue streams. She's helped entrepreneurs in various industries such as; corporate, private, and non-profit.
She developed the Global Money Mindset Mastery program to help other entrepreneurs create and build successful businesses in local and global markets.

Viviana is a consultant and trainer. She's worked with corporations and not-for-profit organizations in Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Viviana is the founder and director of Global Mindset Development, where she coaches companies about the Intercultural aspects of a business. In addition, she offers development training and consultancy services. She joined the GMMM team as a coffee chat coach to give entrepreneurs an Intercultural and Interreligious outlook on their business.
Viviana lives in Malta. She has a Ph.D. in Sociology of Migration and a MA in Intercultural and Interreligious Conflicts Management. Additionally, she is an accredited Lecturer in “Intercultural Management” by Hofstede Insights.
Viviana is passionate about helping individuals and organizations to develop an open and curious mindset to work effectively across cultures and promote diverse and inclusive workplaces and societies.

Omu is a Transitional and Transformational coach and the founder of Thrive with Omu. Omu lives in Nigeria. She is a founding member of the John Maxwell Team and a licensed brain health coach with Dr. Amen.
Omu has a bachelor's degree in engineering and is a certified emotional intelligence coach and DISC consultant. She has joined GMMM to inspire and coach entrepreneurs to bring balance and perspective to the business world.
Omu is passionate about enhancing life through well-crafted, time-tested holistic methods for a more wholesome life and a secure future.
